  • Brendan Grundlingh

    After graduating with a BCom Economics and Finance in 2001, Brendan began his career in Equity Sales at ING Barings. After two years experience in equity markets and a Honours degree in Strategic Management and Finance from UNISA, he moved across to the buy side at Sage where he was a Development Manager, and a Retail Investment Manager of multi-managed products. In 2005 he become an analyst at Afrifocus Securities, where he covered the packaging and media sectors for two years prior to joining Credit Suisse as a food analyst.

    Roger Tejwani

    Roger joined CSSS in August 2008 from Numis Securities in London, where he was a Director of the Extel #1 ranked Speciality Financials equity research team. Prior to his time at Numis, Roger was Head of Equity Research at Daniel Stewart Plc, where he was instrumental in building the bank's research capability in FTSE small and mid cap coverage. Other previous roles include Head of Private Client Research at Sky Capital and a key member of the #1 rated Small Cap European Transport team at WestLB Panmure. Roger started his career in 1995 in Mergers & Acquisitions with Price Waterhouse, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He is also a Fellow of the Securities Institute in London. Key accolades include nominations for Best Research on AIM (2004) and Financial Times/Investors Chronicle Analyst of the Year (2007). Roger speaks English, German and French and graduated in European Law from the Universities of Exeter (UK) and Saarbruecken (Germany).
